Biography

Kasper Gustavsson is a young photographer from Finland. Born in 1991, he was raised by two flute teachers and started with music at an early age. At the age of eleven Kasper begun his after-school studies in an artschool housed in Espoo. A few years passed and at the age of fourteen he picked up the camera seriously for the first time. He began taking landscpae pictures in Ostrobothnia where he spent his summers. A few years later, at the age of eighteen, he got his first DSLR camera and began shooting seriously – everything from landscapes to portraits.

In 2011, after having spent a year doing non-military service, graduating from Upper Secondary School and taking exams in classical guitar play he started studying photography at “Västra Nylands Folkhögskola” in southern Finland. Today Kasper Gustavsson is aiming to continue studying photography at university-level, and constantly keep taking pictures and improving on his photography.
